02. Chat and Build your personalized package
I will reach out to you once I get your inquiry and let you know if I have your date open. From there, we can chat and get to know each other to make sure it's a good fit.
03. PAY DEPOSIT AND SIGN CONTRACT
To officially have you in my books I will need a 50% non-refundable deposit of your total price as well as a signed contract that I will provide. Without this done your date is up for grabs for other couples!
04. Schedule other shoots
If you booked a package that includes other shoots such as engagements or bridals we will schedule and plan them out.
05. COLLECT WEDDING DETAILS
Around a month before your wedding I will send out a questionnaire for you to fill out with wedding details. This is to ensure I have a written form of all the details I need to know so that I can be as prepared as possible for your day. Capturing your day effectively is very important to me!
06. Wedding Day
This is your day to relax and have fun! The hard part is over and I made sure to get all of your details beforehand so you don't have to stress about what I'm doing.
07. receiving the finished product
Full wedding galleries and videos take me 4-8 weeks to complete, so sit back and relax and know I'm working hard to make your day look exactly how you felt it. I will email you a digital link to your finished gallery or video.

FAQ
What do I need to do to secure my date?
To officially book with me I need a signed contract and a 50% retainer fee of the total cost. I will provide the contract and an invoice. The other half of the payment isn't due until the day of the service.
Do you have a specific number of photos and length of video delivered?
I deliver as many photos that turn out during sessions. This means that I tend to deliver a lot more than other photographers, but it also is not a set amount. I don't believe in holding great photos from clients just to reach a certain amount. As for video, wedding videos are around 9-12 minutes and highlight videos are 2-4 minutes.
Will you help with finding locations?
Yes! I have acquired many locations throughout my time as a photographer and videographer and will help you choose the perfect one if you don't have something specific in mind.
How long does it take to receive photos/videos and how will those be delivered?
For weddings it takes me anywhere between 4-8 weeks to complete and send off the full galleries and video. For regular sessions it takes me between 2-4 weeks to edit, so plan accordingly. I deliver everything digitally on a website called pixieset with the option to download a high resolution copy for printing as well as a low resolution copy for posting on social media. For wedding videos I ship a USB drive with your whole wedding video as well as some other potential videos.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel is not included, however I only charge a flat rate of $500 for anything out of state. I also cover all of my travel expenses myself.
What is your experience with low-light?
I’ve done a lot with low light, especially in weddings. I have a flash and video light to deal with that and my camera works really well in low light.
